We want you to love your headshots. You can preview one headshot for free before you pay — so you only purchase if you already like the result.

24-hour money-back guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with your generated headshots for any reason, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
• To request a refund, email support@studioshootsai.com with your order or transaction details.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, the credit may take several business days to appear.

What happens to your images

When a refund is issued, access to your generated headshots is revoked and the associated images are deleted from our servers.

Outside the refund window

Refund requests made more than 24 hours after purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not affected by this policy.
