StudioShoots AI (“we”, “us”) operates StudioShootsAI.com, an AI headshot generation service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Photos you upload

• Your uploaded selfie is used solely to generate your headshots. It is processed securely and automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload.
• We do not store your photos permanently, do not share them with third parties, and do not use them to train any model.
• Generated headshots are stored for up to 24 hours so you can download them, after which they are deleted. If you request a refund, the images are deleted sooner.

Personal data

• We collect the email address you optionally provide on the success page — used only to email you your download links, and not retained beyond that delivery.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — only Stripe does. We retain order records (transaction id, amount, status) for accounting and dispute handling.
• We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and conversion. These tools may set cookies; you can manage them via your browser.

Your choices

• You may request earlier deletion of your photos or data at any time by emailing support@studioshootsai.com.
• You may use browser settings or opt-out tools to limit analytics tracking.
